RETURN POLICY

At Stack Chasers, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, special promotions) cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • We do not offer free returns—customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • To initiate a return, email us at  stackchasersofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We recommend using a tracked & insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size/style is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories, underwear, and customised items (unless faulty).

  • Items damaged due to wear or improper care.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items?

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stackchasersofficial@gmail.com, and we’ll cover return shipping costs.
